Bonding instead of welding, riveting, brazing

Stresses occur in riveted and screwed assemblies and structure of metal is altered by welding and brazing. Material surfaces are compromised, making them vulnerable to corrosion and cracking. The risk of fatigue at joints is high. In contrast, adhesive bonding does not affect the integrity of the material surface, distributes and absorbs stresses, and stabilizes composites.

Unlimited variety of materials
With modern high-performance adhesives, there are no limits on the variety of materials. And what is more, adhesive bonding creates no seams and no holes. Materials can be applied in wafer-thin layers and joined with high precision.

Convenient and efficient production
Rivets and bolts impair the attractiveness of workpieces. Concealing these «joint scars» costs time and money. Adhesive joints are invisible and efficient in production.
