Innovative adhesive and resin technology for modern, trenchless pipe rehabilitation

Leaky sewage and drinking water pipes cause high follow-up costs due to water loss, environmental damage, and structural damage. Trenchless pipe rehabilitation enables efficient repair without costly construction work. Collano develops high-performance adhesive and resin technology for modern rehabilitation methods—reliable, gentle on materials, and process-reliable.

Various methods are used for trenchless pipe and sewer rehabilitation:

CIPP process: Reduce thermal stress and process times

Collano offers a solution for the secure seam covering of stitched liners in the CIPP* process and supports material-friendly further processing. With a sealing temperature of 100–140 °C and a temperature resistance of 110 °C, Collano's solution reduces thermal stress and thus material stress while increasing efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Spray coating: Reduce curing time

Spray coating is used to renovate sewage pipes in buildings from the inside, i.e., without exposing the pipe, with a new coating at least 3 mm thick. The pipes are coated with a sprayable resin/adhesive system. The new Collano solution has significant advantages over conventional resins in terms of durability and curing time.
