- Activation from 80 °C: Energy-saving and ideal for temperature-sensitive substrates.
- High Tack from 50°C: The adhesive can be heat-sealed at low temperatures without being activated. This enables a tailored and efficient production process.
- Thermal stability up to 230 °C: Suitable for high-stress applications such as firefighter helmets or vehicle interiors.
- Very high peel and shear strength: Permanent bond even under dynamic or cyclic loads.
- Homogeneous basis weight: Ideal for seamless appearance, textured or smooth surfaces, deep embossing in seat designs.
- High substrate compatibility: Bonds plastics (PC, PVC, ABS, PA, PES), fibers (aramid, carbon, LCP, or UHMWPE), technical textiles, rubber (NBR, CR), foams, and other high-performance materials.
