Working at Collano

At Collano, we cultivate a positive attitude towards people. For us, enjoying work, personal and professional development and a healthy work-life balance are not "nice to have", but crucial prerequisites. The company can only grow if employees work in a positive and stimulating environment. This is also reflected in our mission statement: at Collano, we embrace a flat hierarchy, trust our employees, and count on personal responsibility and independence.

Your workplace. Your well-being.

We offer more than just a job - with us you will experience an open, family culture. We reward your dedication with 5 weeks' holiday (6 weeks from the age of 60) and additional time off between Christmas and New Year. Enjoy a modern working environment, flexible working hours and hybrid working, depending on the job. Plus, we offer private accident insurance, a fully insured salary and free parking. And all this in the middle of the countryside, yet with good transport links and just a five-minute walk from the Sempach-Neuenkirch S-Bahn station.
